Shipping Policy
Wadafak Designs is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This helps to reduce costs and save environment. Therefore, there is some production time needed before shipping the order to customer.
Production Times
Production times are usually 1-4 business days.
Shipping Times:
Most of our products are shipped from United States. But some of our products like shoes are shipped from China. If product is shipped from other country than the US, such information is stated on product page. If no shipping information is stated, product is shipped from US.
Products from US shipping time: 1 – 7 business days.
Products from CN shipping time: 7 – 19 business days.
Every order has a tracking number which will be send as email notification to customers email once item is shipped.
One order can be split into multiple packages.
Note: We do not guarantee any of these timeframes. Especially during holiday season and events such as Black Friday production and shipping times can be slower. Refund Policy
Wadafak Designs is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, wadafak.com offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact form or email directly: info@wadafak.com
Evaluating such a request can take up to 14 days from refund submission. If refund is approved a customer will be contacted and notified. Refunded value can take up to 14 days to show up on customers bank account depending on their bank.
